We are in a desperate situation when our temp home had an extreme plumbing blockage. Property management reached out to ROR they promptly came out that evening did everything they could to mitigate the blockage. They returned in the morning to find out we had tree roots entered the main septic line creating 100% blockage.

ROR Home Repair did a great job fixing an AC discharge pipe that was leaking within an exterior wall. Besides the pipe repair, it required replacement of some exterior plywood, Hardie board siding and a section of interior drywall. I was nervous about the Hardie board siding replacement, but the owner came out and talked me through the repair before doing any work to give me a comfort level with the job and ROR's experience, which was very much appreciated.
