Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, or related practice areas. This role requires strong legal research and writing skills, courtroom experience, and the ability to manage a caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload involving litigation, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and/or foreclosure defense.
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop legal strategies and case plans.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 1–5 years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
