As a Sales and Service Representative, you'll be a key part of the branch team, helping customers with a variety of banking needs. You'll assist with transactions, answer customer inquiries, and introduce customers to the services and tools available to them. This role also involves supporting sales efforts by identifying opportunities and connecting customers to the right resources.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers to understand their banking needs and preferences.
Accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
Assisting with a variety of account servicing needs.
Educating customers about available services, including digital banking tools.
Referring customers to other team members or specialists for solutions tailored to their financial goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of customer service experience and cash handling.
Previous experience in sales or banking is a plus.
Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services are preferred.
