We’re seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with at least five years of experience to join a growing manufacturing team in Mobile, Alabama. What You’ll Be Doing: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize performance. Conduct quality checks to meet tight tolerances and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues to keep production running smoothly. Collaborate with engineers and machinists to refine processes and improve efficiency . Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Expertise in G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar). Strong knowledge of metalworking, tooling, and machining best practices . Ability to work with tight tolerances and complex geometries . Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail. Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
