Design Manager Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in design management within the AEC industry 4+ years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects 8+ years of experience managing teams Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education Bachelor’s Degree – STEAM major; or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience Our Investment in you: We believe that Benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most and should help you care for those who matter most.
