In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of documents critical to our operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and proven experience in document management.

Responsibilities:
• Review documents to ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Communicate with relevant personnel to obtain missing information or verify discrepancies.
• Scan and upload documents into the appropriate systems for secure storage.
• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on speed and precision, utilizing 10-key proficiency.
• Maintain organization and accessibility of records to support operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with established document control procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation workflows.
• Identify and address any document-related issues to uphold quality standards.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
• Proficiency in reviewing and managing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong data entry skills, including 10-key typing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Familiarity with scanning and electronic document management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to resolve document-related queries.
• Knowledge of document control procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
