Job Title: Environmental Restoration Project Manager
About Williams Forestry:
Williams Forestry & Associates (WFA) is an environmental restoration company that has been providing high-quality planting services to the mitigation, reclamation, and reforestation industries since 1978. The company provides services across the Eastern US and currently has offices in Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. We plant approximately 8 million trees and shrubs annually for our customers. Our entire staff is managed and supervised by experienced reforestation professionals that conduct our operations in a safe and professional manner.
Who we’re looking for:
Our Pennsylvania office is expanding and we are in search of a qualified, ambitious individual to assist in managing and expanding our reforestation services. This position will require a motivated individual that is capable of working with current clients as well as developing new ones. The candidate will need leadership qualities and a strong work ethic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to work independently and with a crew of up to 16. The Candidate MUST be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and on various terrain, including steep, rocky ground. Travel is mandatory during the Spring (March through June) and Fall (September through November) planting seasons, with occasional travel in the off-season. Primary work areas include but are not limited to PA, NJ, NY, MA, ME, VT, RI, NH, CT, DE, MD, VA, and WV. Additional responsibilities include: managing planting projects, logistics, sales, and scheduling.
Safety is our biggest priority; the applicant will be responsible for running daily safety meetings and ensuring all crew members are following appropriate safety protocols while on job sites.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a valid US driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and peers
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time (50-75%)
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. and walk through rugged terrain
- Must be able to work extended hours and weekends if necessary
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an environmental-related field (required)
- College degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of Spanish (preferred)
- Equipment Experience (preferred)
- CDL A or B (preferred)
- Pesticide License (preferred) Not necessary at time of hire, but will be required within 1 year of employment.
Candidates with leadership experience and a desire for career growth will be given priority.

Pay Range:
Starts at $25/hour , will be negotiated based on experience .
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
