The Executive Producer will lead the production of a high-quality free-to-play mobile game based on a well-known WB IP. This director level role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving the game’s vision in conjunction with the Studio Head and other senior leadership, managing budget and timelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful product. Responsibilities include partnering with studio leadership to promote the strategic vision, ensuring alignment with studio goals and market trends, fostering innovation, managing relationships with publishing teams, overseeing worldwide launch and post-launch live services, managing budgets and schedules, reporting project status, ensuring QA processes, leading cross-disciplinary teams, mentoring staff, managing external partners, driving pre-launch activities, overseeing post-launch content roadmap, managing live game operations, and collaborating with marketing and community teams. Qualifications include proven experience as an Executive Producer or Director of Production in game development with at least one successful free-to-play mobile game shipped, 10+ years of experience with 3 in a director or executive producer role, strong understanding of mobile game development and live services, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum experience, deep understanding of game design and production processes, experience managing external partners, and passion for gaming and multiplayer service landscape.
