Job Description

工作职责：

1.全面负责美洲区法律事务，支持区域内投融资、市场开发、产品销售、工厂建设等法律事务；

2.在外部律所的支持下，对区域内各国别的法律进行调研，出具法律调研报告；

3.负责区域各国别的合同起草、审核及谈判；

4.负责总部的合规政策在区域的落地；负责总部知识产权政策在区域内的贯彻执行；

5.在总部的支持和指导下，负责区域内的争议解决案件；

6.负责对区域各国别的子公司进行法务监督管理；

7.在总部的支持下，负责各区域的投融资法律事务；

8.领导安排的其它工作。

工作要求：

1.8年以上法律工作经验，3年以上法务管理工作经验

2.知名法学院毕业，有海外工作及教育背景优先；

3.有在美国的法务经验5年以上；

4.有跨境投融资、国际工程、国际货物、销售等法律领域的相关工作经验5年以上；

5.有能源或矿产方面的法律工作经验优先；

6.中文和英语流利，可作为工作语言。

Job responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for legal affairs in the Americas region, supporting investment and financing, market development, product sales, factory construction and other legal affairs in the region;

2. With the support of external law firms, conduct research on the laws of other countries in the region and issue legal research reports;

3. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in various countries in the region;

4. Responsible for the implementation of the headquarters' compliance policies in the region; Responsible for the implementation of Headquarters IP policy in the region;

5. Responsible for dispute resolution cases in the region under the support and guidance of Headquarters;

6. Responsible for legal supervision and management of subsidiaries in various countries in the region;

7. Responsible for investment and financing legal matters in the regions with the support of Headquarters;

8. Other work arranged by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1.8 + years of legal work experience, 3 + years of legal management experience

2. Graduated from a well-known law school, overseas work and education background is preferred;

3. More than 5 years of legal experience in the United States;

4. More than 5 years of work experience in cross-border investment and financing, international engineering, international sales of goods and other legal fields;

5. Experience in energy or mineral law is preferred;

6. Fluent in Chinese and English, can be used as working language.
