FocusKPI is looking for a Senior AI Web Development Engineer to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. At the client, the Web Platform Team is a group of Software Engineers who research and evolve the Web Platform, web Standards, and novel ways to use web content. They seek aSenior AI Web Development Engineer or Senior Web AI Research Engineer to join the teamand help them define and develop Web AI Agents that can perform complex, multi-step autonomous tasks. **No C2C resumes are considered** Work Location: Mountain View, CA or Boston, MA Duration: 12-month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3 to 4 days a week, either in Mountain View or Boston locations) Pay Range: $85/hr to $100/hr Responsibilities: Create quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts Contribute to the research activities of theteam Generate creative solutions (patents) and design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML-based solutions for theirservices Qualifications: Education: Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or a relevant field Preferred 2-5 years of industry-relevant experience It's a role with a combination of AI skills and web development AI knowledge or AI agents is a must to have(Agent automation experience with LLM) Experience with Brazer development using agent AI automation is one of the top priority skills Experience with web development (mainly JavaScript, HTML) is another top priority skill needed Experience in Reinforcement Learning Practical experience with web scraping and AI-Agent projects , preferably with a focus on natural language processing (NLP), accessibility, and interaction on the web Understanding of HTML, CSS , and DOM is necessary for navigating and extracting data from web pages Familiarity with web scraping frameworks like Puppeteer or a similar framework On-device AI model optimization and quantization Desired Skills & Experience: Experience with integrating large language models (LLM) , finetuning on LLM/VLLM, self-hosting LLMs, and on-device (edge) LLM is a plus ML model deployment and inference in the Android OS Demonstrated market understanding of Web AI agents with Gemini 2.0, Anthropic Computer Use, or OpenAI Operator First- or co-authored publications on AI-Agent at leading workshops or conferences are preferred **No C2C resumes are considered** Thank you!
