Job Description

Healthcare Senior Service AssociateThe primary component of our Healthcare team is order fulfillment, including receipt of our customers’ priority healthcare products into our warehouse facility, placement of stock into storage, receiving orders, picking and packing orders, shipping orders, and conducting customer service support. Healthcare Service Associates help our clients become more efficient, which allows them to focus on their core competencies, better serve their customers, and improve the products and services they offer.The ability to lift up to 70 lbsAn ability to work at heights of up to 28 feet using powered equipment such as order pickersUtilize various pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order pickerUtilize radio frequency (RF) scanners to electronically perform warehouse activitiesPerforms all tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy with minimal supervisionUtilize computer-based warehouse management system (WMS) to perform all warehouse activities including outbound process, inbound process and inventory controlEnsure transaction accuracy along with safety and quality complianceWorks in a variety of environments to include temperatures in the ambient warehouse, refrigerated storage spaces, or freezer spacesLegal right to work in the U.S.Successful completion of background check and a drug screen is requiredExcellent weekly pay401(k)Medical, dental and vision after waiting periodDelivers hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations. Follows established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely.Performs manual work that requires proficiency through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Performs a range of tasks and makes minor modifications to work routines within established procedures and guidelines. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision and provides guidance to others with less experience.Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups. Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc. Performs a variety of financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives. Responsible for retaining and strengthening customer relationships which may include face to face customer service. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation. May provide support to field stocking locations (FSL), agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network.
