Job Title: Temporary Account Representative

Location (city, state): Centennial, CO

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM start time, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch

Fully In Office

Pay: $28–$30/hour (Total Compensation)

Contract Length: June 23 – December 12 (Leave Coverage)

Job Description:

The Temporary Account Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts within the Western U.S. region. In this role, you will act as a key contact for clients, respond to inquiries, enter and track orders, and help identify opportunities for account growth. You will work closely with a Sales Specialist to provide seamless support to healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business
• Respond to client emails
• Handle phone calls regarding order status and logistics
• Perform data entry in CRM and order processing system
• Maintain and build relationships with clients by providing timely, proactive support
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Support onboarding of new clients and provide vacation coverage for colleagues as needed
• Track and follow up on sales growth opportunities in CRM
• Assist with internal reporting and data analysis

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in customer service, account management, or administrative roles
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred
