Key Responsibilities As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strong business results through strategic planning and client engagement. Responsibilities include:

Consistently achieving or surpassing individual sales targets and overall hotel revenue goals
Developing and executing monthly and quarterly strategic sales plans
Generating new business through proactive outreach (groups, extended stays, transient room blocks)
Managing lead sources and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Conducting effective sales calls and site inspections to attract and retain clients
Building and nurturing relationships with community organizations, corporate clients, and local businesses
Negotiating contracts and managing CRM activities with precision
Collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize yield
Monitoring performance against sales targets and reporting variances to the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience leading or managing hotel sales teams
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and analytics
Proven ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
Confident, persuasive, and professional communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CRM systems and hotel brand platforms is a plus
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel occasionally (<20%)
